Name's Blake. From New Orleans. Been playing table top RPGs since I was 9 years old. I just turned 30, so I've wasted a lot of time on this crap.

I'm Ron. I live in Austin, TX and I am an avid Marvel comics fan. I work as a Video Game Artist, although I actually just finished up a freelance job, so I'm looking for employment in that field currently.

I have played RPGs for over 20 years, but they've almost all been D&D or D20 games. I owned the old Marvel RPG book, but never once actually got to play the game. So really, this is my first foray into a radically different system. Here's hoping it goes well! I'm excited, the game looks great.

Hi, I'm Anders and I'm a gamer.

I've been playing RPG:s and "real" boardgames for about three decades now. My currently active games are a hacked Savage Worlds game set in WWII with a lot of supernatural elements (playing), a PBF MHR game (playing) and a fairly long-running 4E game that is currently on hiatus (running). Boardgame-wise the current favorites are Last Night On Earth and the Lord of the Rings LCG.

I live in Sweden, I speak Swedish and English fairly fluently and I know a few words of French, German and Esperanto. I work as a controller/archives administrator with the police.

Other than gaming my interests include bog-standard geek stuff like music (particularly odd cover songs), movies, comics and Lego. Occasionally I dabble a bit in game design.

Hi, my name is Richard, and I'm a game-o-holic.

I've been playing RPG's for 22 years, reading comics even longer. I live in Chattanooga, TN. (insert other pertinent details. Blah, blah, blah. :D )

I think the most important thing is that I found MHR, became intensely addicted to it, and then got my gaming group just as addicted.

Thanks!

Hi there.

Alessandro, 23, from Rome, Italy, currently wondering what to do with my life (sex, drugs, rock'n'roll & rpgs seems just fine for now...)

I started playing with D&D in high school, then I had a stop around 19, mainly because of the boredom and frustration caused by the games I played at that time. That's a lie, it was because the love of my life (a totally-hot red-haired gamer-girl) left me :(

I started playing again thanks to dogs in the vineyard and don't rest your head, and now I play at least once a week. My favourite game is The Shadow of Yesterday. I utterly love Marvel Heroic Roleplaying, even if I basically never read a marvel comic book; while my life is devoted to comic books I'm not really a super-heroes fan and as you can guess from my avatar I also root for the other side of this world :D

See ya

Hello all!
I'm Jeff from the middle of ol' Nebraska. I've only been a tabletop gamer for the past three to four years (D&D of course being my 'first' :P), but have been a Marvel fan since I was just a kid.

I'm an avid D&D player, as I mentioned (mostly 3.0 and 3.5), but am also heavily interested in indie and off-the-wall RPGs. I own the d20 edition of Call of Cthulhu (my prized game!), several of Pelgrane Press's GUMSHOE games, and now, MHR! Like my fellow gamers here, I haven't gotten much of a chance to play most of the books I own - I unfortunately have only gotten to read through them and imagine what games would be like.

As soon as I found out about MHR, and the upcoming Civil War edition, I jumped on it. Some of the mechanics are elusive to me, but I imagine seeing the game played out a few times would help set me straight - I'm already trying to get our regular gaming group to give this a shot.

ANYWAY. Hello!
What color do you bleed?

Hello.

My name is Orion and I have been into RPGs since I was 11 (which means I've been playing/running/dreaming for 19 years). I live in San Francisco, California. I went to school for a culinary job, worked in the industry for a while, decided it sucked, then went back to school for Accounting.

I like computer games of the RPG/Action RPG/sandbox variety, reading fantasy novels, writing on rare occasion (I'm not as committed as some writers I know, so I don't call myself a writer), making machinima (Oblivion mostly), preparing food and trying new kinds (new to me), wasting hours on youtube/memebase/facebook/twitter, discovering old music (like Hawkwind), math, creating fiction where U.S. presidents are super-powered heroes facing similar super-powered villains and beings, Adult Swim, and all sorts of crap I can't remember right now.

I want to make fun cool stuff and share it and I want to see what other cool fun stuff people are making (which there is a lot of), and I totally want to see MHR reskinned for all kinds of things.
Check out some heroic presidents in Badass Presidents for some quasi-historical presidential action!

Hello! I'm "Eviltoon", or in reality my name is (no joke) Bowie, named for the androgynous superstar by my mother who was a big fan and my father who was very obliging.

I'm a 27-year-old ex-Army combat medic living in Minneapolis with my RPGin', MMOin' girlfriend, am passionate equal rights and disability advocate and work at the VA to help take care of other vets. As well as having spent 8 years working for hobby shops selling, learning and loving games.

I've been playing games since I was seven, and have three bookshelves of RPG systems, including the ol' Cortex. Where I, in fact, put my knowledge of Sign Language to use by playing a deaf ex-Alliance sniper in a Serenity game I loved playing in back in the day.

And nary have I seen a game I immediately went "YES! THIS!" at as I have Cortex+'s integration for MHR. I liked the supers add-on for Savage Worlds the best to date for superheroes (closely beating out my love of the old SAGA card game), a setting I keep trying to play in and it never 'feels' right. But MHR seems fantastic. I've only run one game in it and the rules are still shaking out, but the fact it lets all kinds of power levels play effectively with one another is amazing. I love this system to death.

And I hope to be running it, or playing it, for awhile!

(when I'm not working or doing PvP in SWTOR, anyway.)
