Marvel Heroic Roleplaying Sub-Forums

One idea is that as more folks learn of the site and start posting here, it might be useful to have sub-forums for Marvel, divided into rules questions/debates, home-made datafiles, a sub-forum for play-by-post games, etc. I just feel like the one forum is going to get quickly cluttered up and hard to find posts that might relate to a question or idea someone wants to post. It is easier if someone can click on a sub-forum and scroll through a list of rules questions rather than dig through thoughts on recent books, datafiles, campaign ideas, etc.

A good example is that back when I was playing another superhero game, I frequently visited their forums and found their forum organization ideal (Atomic Think Tank).

Other than that, I can't really think of anything else at the moment, well, besides being able to pre-order Civil War Premium.

Thanks very much for your efforts in getting the forums up so I have a go-to place for MHR.

We've got our feet wet, and we're continuing to figure out what to do before diving in. And if that's not enough metaphor for you, here's another: glad many people have already made a splash here!

Okay, those were awful. But yes, more forum management is coming. Great discussions and threads so far!

I'd like to second the idea of MHR Sub-Forums.

That forum has EXPLODED!

Absolutely amazing fan base over there for an absolutely amazing game!

I'd love to see, at a minimum, subcatagories for Rules Discussion (FAQs, Questions, Official Errata), Datafile Creations (Official DLC and Unofficial Fan Creations) and General Discussion and Off Topic Superhero Stuff.

It would also be great if there could be subforums for PBP play directly on this site.

I'm not a computer guy. I have NO idea how difficult any of this is. So if I've asked for anything that is more trouble than it is worth, feel free to say so.

Having a sub forum specifically for Cortex+ Hacks would be nice, especially for Marvel.

It would be nice to also have a location for Links to fan created stuff on the interwebs if possible...there is so much good stuff out there in various websites that it's somewhat difficult to keep up with it all. Idk if this is possible though.

Great idea, MidnightBlue. We definitely need sub forums! We've been waiting to get a sense of what discussions are like before we made decisions on sub forums, but I think we're at that point now.
