There is no errata, but an FAQ is in the works.

Just out of curiosity, what do you think needs "fixing" where an errata is necessary?

Off the top of my head I can think of the "complication OR stress" being an explicit either/or in the book, but Cam has stated is was supposed to be "complication AND stress". That's errata material, not FAQs. There are a few more here and there but that's the only one coming to mind. Clarifications go in FAQs, fixed errors go in errata.
My apologies for occasional spelling... shenanigans. I typically post from mobile devices.

Howdy, I'm new and can't quite seem to find it in past posts but what exactly are you referencing with the whole "Complication OR/AND stress" thing?

Well, just as I said. The book is explicit that you only get to add either one complication die OR one stress die from your opponent to your dice pool. But Cam has posted several times that it should be one comp AND one stress die, if any are present.

So by the book it's pick one, but according to Cam it's use both.

The Misc. > Rules Clarifications page on my blog lists links.

Tentacles was left out of the Symbiote Spawn entry but is referenced in the SFX. That would be another.
