Civil War Event: Essential vs Premium

Is the only difference between the two hardcover options (besides price) that the Premium also has the Operations Manual section from the rulebook?

I want to make sure that otherwise, the Essential hardcover has all the same Event, Datafile, and so forth content.

If there's anything else that's in one and not the other, we'll make sure it's available as a free PDF download from our site. I want to make sure people get the book they want and not disappointed when they miss out on something Event-related that's not in their Essentials copy!

Yeah, I am about to pre-order the book, and I already own the Basic Game (3 copies for the table, actually) so don't need the Operations Manual yet again in the Event book. Naturally, Essential is the way for us to go. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss any of the actual Event content.
