I don't think there is a firm release date...
I don't think it'll be out by the 10th though. Maybe the PDF will be.

Yeah, when Amazon doesn't know the official release date, they just make shit up. The shit they make up isn't even remotely grounded in reality.
If Amazon is the only place you can find the release date for something, there is no release date announced yet,
