Production timeline?

Production timeline?

Postby basspunk66 » Mon Jul 16, 2012 11:14 am

I was wondering. Some threads have mentioned that "Book A" is in layout, "Book B" is in play testing, etc. So, my question is: as an approximation, how long does it take to produce the average MHRP book? From green lighting it to shipping?

I know it will be a little different with each book, so just a round about average is fine.

About 15 weeks, if there's nothing interrupting it. Sometimes things interrupt it, and sometimes overlapping production means some books have to wait to get printed. It's generally about 15 weeks, though.

That's actually less time than I expected! And thanks for the insight.

Little under 4 months, under optimal conditions (i.e. no schedule interruptions)? That's pretty impressive.

Is there a place to find the estimated arrival times of various supplements? The main page still lists pre-order links for Civil War (Which I suppose could be the hard copy?), but nothing about Annihilation, Young Avengers, 50 states, etc.

Thanks!

Yes, Civil War (hardcopy) is still in presale.

For the others, all the threads I've read suggest that there isn't a determined street date for any of the other supplements, so nothing to list anywhere yet.
