My Obscure Villain Datafiles

I'm starting this thread as a depository for the various villain write-ups I plan to create. I've already tackled 19 of the villains from the old Hostess advertisements of the 1970s and '80s and collected them in a PDF fanbook. But in this thread, I'll post individual datafiles of various lesser-known villains that actually appeared in Marvel Comics' issues. They will range from slightly under-used to extremely obscure.

I hope you enjoy them.

First up is a villain that I've always enjoyed, Blackwing. It was tough choosing which version of him to create (Marvel never could seem to figure out what they wanted to do with him), so I went roughly with the version that was in the Masters of Evil.

Today's character was a lot of fun to recreate! His name is Razorblade. Despite having only two appearances (one in 1974 and another in 1993), he has a lot of possibilities as a mercenary villain. I'll be statting out the other members of his team as well.

Nice work! Would you mind if I snitched some elements of your design for my own data sheets?

One thing though that struck me though, they should probably be minor villains with d4,d6, and d8 affiliations.
