My sister loves Hawkeye and Mockingbird and I created this data file for her to get her into playing. I merged them and added a little extra stuff into it. If you can look over this to make sure that everything looks good. Thank you

Milestones: A Death in the Family
1 XP- when you reveal to an ally or friendly watcher character events surrounding either your mother's or the Crusaders' deaths
3 XP- when you give stress to or receive stress from an enemy either connected to the murderers but not responsible for the killings (ex. goons, clients, other hit men, etc.) or the enemy who was directly involved
in their deaths.
10 XP- when you either forgive the enemy who directly killed or hired the killer and let him go, or you give trauma to that enemy instead


Let's Clean up this Mess
1 XP- when you join a team, partner with watcher characters, or partner with other heroes for the sole reason of taking gangs and other similar criminals off the streets.
3 XP- when you stress out a gang lieutenant or leader while using your Vengeful Vigilante distinction.
10 XP- when you leave the team or partnership so you can fight street crime better, or you leave your gang busting to help your team face more global threats.

Lauren Jansen
History:
Born to a family of crime fighting activists, Lauren was still raised in a sheltered home, because her parents wanted the best for her. Her father, Police Commissioner James Jansen, was a vigilant crime fighter who would lay it all on the line to save the streets of New York. Her mother was a District Attorney making the Jansen family seem like a tag team. Everything was perfect in the family, and Lauren was dreaming of becoming a great singer and dancer.
But it could only last a while, because when she was eight, the Kingpin ordered a unknown professional killer to kill her mother to stop the heat she was pressing on his thugs. She was killed by a car bomb a few days later. James started drinking thinking the bottle could hide his hurt, while leaving Lauren to fend for herself. Casting aside her dreams of fame, she started learning Karate along with her gymnastics training. Deciding to use her skills to good use, she lived on the streets of New York familiarizing herself with criminal techniques for years and taking out petty thieves.
At the age of sixteen, she joined the Crusaders of the Bronx, a teenage crime busting team, specializing in acrobatics and stealth. After many successful runs, the Kingpin ambushed them in an abandoned factory. Systematically, taking them out one by one, and if it wasn't for a mysterious man finishing off the thugs with arrows, she'd have been dead too. Now with vengeance in her, she became focused on stopping gang members from doing to others what happened to her. Lauren started training in archery and with bludgeoning weapons like staves and batons. Lauren decided she needed a code name and came upon Jaguar. Jaguar helped Hawkeye escape from some Hydra soldiers working with the Kingpin.
He put in a recommendation to Nick Fury for Lauren to join S.H.I.E.L.D. Jaguar was accepted into S.H.I.E.L.D. and was mentored primarily by Mockingbird. When her commencement into the ranks of S.H.I.E.L.D. Champion Clearance was presented with a Vibranium-Andamantium Alloy staff that could function as a bow or dual wielded batons. However, she discovered agents in the ranks were trying to use it for their personal gain.
Jaguar left and joined the Avengers as a domestic specialist, not going on many high profile cases. With the recent S.H.I.E.L.D. issues and Nick Fury missing; she's been put on assignments, because she knows the inner workings on S.H.I.E.L.D. All of this while trying to stop gangs from forming in New York City.

Personality:
A very reserved and introverted agent. Her personality is like most stereotypical agents very quiet and secretive. Due mainly to all the trauma she suffered from when her closet family and friends were killed. However, when someone bonds with her like Hawkeye and Mockingbird, she develops a dry witty sense of humor. She is a very sympathetic heroine to the innocent, however when she thinks of how her family and friends suffered at the hands of gangs, she becomes anguished and sometimes must be stopped from killing the gang members.
The closet people to her have to be Mockingbird and Hawkeye. She has a sister to sister relationship to Mockingbird, having worked with her on several missions and being her main training partner. Her weapon that she received was even inspired by both Hawkeye's and Mockingbird's weapons and styles of fighting. Hawkeye is like her new father after her father falling into alcoholism. Both are worried about each other and have a common bond coming from the same organization.
She rarely works alone, but is always worried about another incident like the Crusaders. Her main partners are either S.H.I.E.L.D agents like Captain America, Hawkeye, Mockingbird, and Black Widow or are other heroes with a past with Kingpin like Spider-Man or Daredevil.

Abilities and Resources:
Jaguar has no superpowers, but she has all of a human's abilities to near the max. Her stave is where her strength is. It can be a handy melee weapon being a long staff or a couple of batons. Bulletproof and nearly indestructible like Cap's Shield, it can be used to take out enemies in close range. When she pushes a button on the hilt when the two are together it turns into a bow which combined with her Olympic level accuracy and various special arrows usually consisting of EMP, explosive, armor piercing, and netting.
Lauren is a black belt in Karate and skilled in street fighting making her one of the best one on one fighters in the Avengers second to Captain America. Spending years of her life on the streets has supplied her with knowledge on the underground. She can maneuver most vehicles like she's had many years of operating, but is better at cars, motorcycles, scooters, and others found in the inner city. As an agent she's learned covert ops and furthered her acrobatic training, but she doesn't excel at them like she used to.
She can always rely on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s cooperation being a champion level agent along with working the Avengers. Many contacts on the street in NYC and other crime infested areas supply her with information related to gangs. Having her dad as a former police commissioner as given her access to NYC Police Department's databases. She's worked with many crime fighters usually among secret agents in S.H.I.E.L.D., S.W.O.R.D., Department H,or other covert ops agencies. However, Spider-man, Daredevil, and Luke Cage have helped out often along with her teammates in the Avengers.

Well and fully thought out, well characterized, capable without being overpowered.

One question though: your character's Combat Specialty is stated as Expert, but rated as D10.
Is she supposed to have Combat Master or is the D10 an error?
