I think that's a good version of the Captain but I'd swap around the Affiliations to:

Solo D8 Buddy D10 Team D6

Brian spent a good part of his career as a solo hero before teaming up with others and even in his time with Excalibur, The Knights of Pendragon, The Captain Britain Corp, New Excalibur, MI:13 and now Secret Avengers he's never been much of a team player. He's more than likely to be arguementative, go off on his own or just not "play nicely with others". Great sort of character for a bit of dramatic tension and roleplaying in teh team
