Valid points, I'll have an updated Frank tomorrow.

EDIT: alright new version should be up.

Possibly, it depends on what skill level you have in any adobe programs. (Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign)

Mind you I've never really attempted to give a tutorial before, (Though I suppose I could try and do a downloadable tutorial or a youtube video if enough people want me too.)

I'm curious what the Collateral Damage SFX did. It does sound out of character for him, but since I didn't see this prior to the edit I would like to know what it was since it got some accolades. (I'm always on the look out for SFX for custom characters)

Collateral Damage. Instead of spending 1 PP, add d6 to the doom pool to create a Power stunt.

Rtype1 has posted what Collateral Damage does, but it can be found in the rulebook - it's one of Ben Grimm's SFX.

Ditto!

Goodness knows that I could use some help in this department.

Thanks guys, I didn't realize it came from the Thing.

Seems like it could still fit for the Punisher (it's not like the Thing ignores dangers to civilians). Even if Punisher isn't shooting any innocents there is still a lot of lead flying around, crooks getting cut down, and return fire. I'm sure the crooks are less cautious with their shots as well. All that combined certainly adds tension to a scene.

Agreed.

Maybe the Punisher does have a healthy respect for friendly fire, but you start firing a machine gun in an occupied apartment complex or you start tossing around grenades and playing with explosives...well...stuffs going to get caught in the crossfire/explosion.
