Any ideas for distinctions for Winter Soldier? Also names for his power sets, I'm thinking he should have two maybe, but I don't know. Any thoughts on what to do with him?

Winter Soldier Conditioning and the other for his Bionic Arm.

I'm going to have an Action Scene featuring him soon on the blog.
I went with a Bionic Arm power set, and an Agent Gear power set.

For Distinctions I went with:
Cold War Super-Assassin
Believed Dead
One Man in the Right Place

(The last distinction is based on the first issue of the new series, but I may change it before I'm done.)
