Sunspot!!

I have always loved the idea of Sunspot's powers.
So much that over the years I have played characters that resemble his powers, if not the character himself in other Marvel RPGs.

This is my very first build.
So please give me input to help me get better at this process.

SFX- Area Effect Blast: Add a d6 and keep +1 effect die for each additional target.
SFX- Radiation Absorption On a successful reaction against an Solar Radiation, Heat or Light based attack actions, convert your opponent's effect die into a +1 step up to your Solar Absorption Powers to your next action. +1 PP to use this stunt if opponent's action succeeded.
SFX - Fly By Punch Step up Flight Die against a single target
Limit- Mutant Limit: Earn 1PP when affected by mutant-specific milestones and tech
Limit- Conscious Activation\Dependent on the Sun: While stressed out, asleep, or unconscious, shutdown
Solar Absorption Powers. Recover Solar Absorption when you recover that stress or wake up. If you take emotional trauma, shutdown Solar Absorbtion until
you recover that trauma.

Here's my take.

SFX: Madre De Dios - Spend 1 PP to borrow the highest die in the Doom Pool as an asset for your next action, then step back and return the doom die.
SFX: Second Wind - Before you make an action including a Solar Powered power, you may move your physical stress die to the doom pool and step up the Solar Powered power by +1 for this action.
Limit: Mutant - Earn 1 PP when affected by mutant specific Milestones and tech.
Limit: Drained - Shutdown a Solar Powered power and gain 1 PP. Recover power by activating an opportunity or during a transition scene.
Limit: Careful Bobby, you're not invulnerable - Earn 1 PP and step up physical stress caused by any physical attack by +1
This is the same power set as Ms Marvel. I gave Sunspot Superhuman Strength because he is at least as strong as the Beast or Spider-Man and probably as strong as Ms. Marvel or Iron Man. I debated on whether to make his Durability Enhanced or Superhuman. I gave him Superhuman Durability because he is described as being bullet proof, just not invulnerable. I made "Careful Bobby, you're not invulnerable" a limit to his powers based on a similar limit the Thing had for Emotional Stress. I'm still not sure if I should have made it Enhanced Durability like you have. Madre De Dios is the same SFX as the Beast's Oh My Stars and Garters.

I took his business skill down to Expert level since I have the distinction of Billionaire Brazilian Playboy to represent his wealth. Also, since he was younger, I didn't want him to have any specialties above the Expert level. I gave him Acrobatic Expert because he is always portrayed as a superb Athlete.


My data file is pretty close to yours, maybe just a little bit more powerful. Let me know what you think.
