At this point, I think that's close enough, and honestly I'd probably have all the agents either do as she commands or stand there not acting due to internal struggle... it's not like they're going to be at all effective attacking Emma or any other hero with even the D6 Complication working against them. My quibble about even those 'stressed out' due to Complications being able to not act notwithstanding... and since the agents are Watcher characters, it's easy enough for the Watcher to say these guys go with the flow unless asked to do something really against their natures.
