How does rpol work? Is it live like Google+ hangouts, or more like pbem?

Just like PBeM, really. But on a forum.

its a play by post. dont know what pbem is. but you post characters actions wait wait wait then hopefully within the same day you can see how well those action took effect. sometimes its fast (within a min) sometimes its really slow (within a week). all depends on other people and GM.
