Effect: Any COMPLICATION created by this attack against you is removed from play. Also, if you are Taken Down, either by rolling less than the Player or they roll 5 more than you, you are considered to have beat their roll by +1 or they only got a Regular Success not an Extraordinary Success.

Effect: Spending a Plot Point allows you to ask the PC a question that they must answer truthfully if they fail WILLPOWER Based roll against you. Also, if you succeed at getting an answer from them, you can Create or Step Up a Complication based on that information.
