Arrow

That sounds like an apt description.

I'm secretly crossing my fingers that my son will be done trick-or-treating before Arrow starts tomorrow night...

The new episode was pretty good. I liked Digg's speech at the end. The plot thickens all around. I'm honestly a bit surprised Walter wasn't involved with whatever shenanigans Robert Queen and his criminal cohorts were up to.

Yeah, me too. I was sure he was dirty, but this episode really flipped that for me.

I think Diggs is really going to be an awesome character on the show. He's just full of potential.

Is there an analog for Digg in the comics? I haven't ever read Green Arrow so I don't have any frame of reference.

Mmmm, I've not read a whole lot of him. I just got into comics with the new 52 and there is a sort of analog for Diggs in there. There's a guy who comes up with all of Ollie's new tech and cool gadgetry. He also seems to be a voice for Morality in Oliver's ear. I think Diggs is going to serve the same purpose, but in a different context.

Cam,

Is there any chance of an Arrow RPG, using a 2.0 version of the Cortex Plus "Drama System" that Smallville RPG used?
*fingers crossed*

You know, I don't think it's on the cards at the moment. Let's see how the show does for its first season and then who knows?

Cheers,

I hope it keeps getting good reviews then. I would love to see a revised version of the drama system used on Smallville, with what MWP learned from Leverage and Marvel.

A revised version? I'm curious what you think needs changing.

If you want to play Arrow, I'm working on Smallville Lead sheets for Arrow on my hacks wiki. I'd love to discuss any changes you see that are needed or work on any requests for people/places/etc from the show.

Minor touches, with things that they learned from Leverage and Marvel and even new rules from Yearbook and Watchtower. Like a better SFX system and a few rewrites to better explain the system.
