This looks cool, spare!

Any reason you chose to keep the WINGED FEET out of the SUB MARINER set?

Also, whilst reading your write-up it occured to me that I have not seen one attempt at a Hulk write-up (not directed at you specifically, just in general).

Hhhmmmm..... curious.

FWIW, I did hack-ish writeups of Silver Age Hulk, Namor, Thing and Thor on RPG.Net last night. I say "hack-ish" because the datafiles assume a few 60s-ish rules tweaks (glossed here).

I've already decided the "Bruiser" Limit for the Hulk doesn't work like I want, so I'd probably sub in "SFX: Doubly Dangerous" - which is like the standard "SFX: Dangerous," but moreso. :)

These datafiles won't mix & mingle with the ones from the Basic Game without some tweaking, but they may give people some ideas for contemporary/RAW versions.

Because, from my understanding of the character, the Winged Feet occured from the half of Namor that is a mutant and not the half that is Atlantian.

There's a few versions of Hulk on the Lost Files of Marvel on rpg.net. You can find them on the unofficial datafile index I'm keeping of datafiles on that thread and some others.

Spare, I'll definitely add this one of Namor to the index, thanks!

He's all mutant, I suppose, unless you mean one of his parents was a mutant. And it's a pretty strange mutation, considering it seems to occur whenever an Atlantean and a regular person from the surface have kids (e.g., Namora).

Also, when has Namor been at Enhanced Strength rather than at least Superhuman? From his very first appearance, he's been able to do things like wreck elevated trains, throw cars around, etc. Enhanced seems more like what you'd give a run of the mill Atlantean soldier.

shouldn't he be stronger than Cap and Black Panther, at least; as well as Luke Cage and Spiderman at most?

Yeah, I thought Namor was in the 75 ton range.

Nice file.

It's interesting how versatile the system is, that you can make different takes on a character and end up with similar results, but each one with it's on twist.

That's another take, but the back is the same, even on distinctions and milestones you can see that both respect the "iconic" namor.

as far as strength and durability Namor can go toe to toe with the Thing, and has on numerous occasions. He has lifted an ocean liner while in the water. His strength diminishes slowly while out of the water but on average he is strong enough and durable enough to duke it out with the Hulk (Incredible Hulk Vol. 1 #118).

His durability has allowed him to easily withstand a haymaker from Ben Grimm and some furious blows from both Thor and the Hulk.

Just a to be clear, this was in no way intended as a criticism; just some basic facts about the character that was asked in an above post.

overall, I think this is a pretty good write up. I like what is being done here. I would make just a couple of changes, but that simply comes from my personal take on the character. Nice job and thanks so much for sharing!
