Remember the golden rule:

If you don't like it, house rule it!

While it might be tough for some to come up with a datafile from scratch (especially milestones), it isn't hard at all to alter a datafile once you have it.

Just a thought.

I grew up on Marvel Roleplaying. I've been in a state of nostalgia like it was when I was a kid waiting for the call that the newest Gamer's Handbook to the Marvel Universe, or The Ultimate Powers Book to come out at my local hobby shop, or Waldenbooks waiting for the pre-order I begged my parents for.

So I pre-purchased a copy from my local store which is on your store locator (does that mean it is a preferred store?). When I spoke to them about the pdf. they said I have to contact margaretweis.com and provide proof. But I can't find any webpage that would indicate what I need to do once the pdf is ready. Can you guys point me in the right direction? I tried to search the forums for this but this was the best thread I could find, and it did not answer the question directly.

If you buy the book from a preferred retailer (preorder or not) send us an email thru the Contact Us function on the MWP front page. Christi Cardenas handles these most of the time, so you can send it to her. Include name of the book, store name, and when you bought it. Make sure to include the email address you prefer for getting emails.
