I really like the Ninjas on a plane for Wolverine.

It would be cool if there was a Marvel VIP suggested for who he might be protecting. Any suggestions for what's in the briefcase?

As you can tell, I don't want to use my brain AT ALL. :)

The V.I.P. is Dr. Yuriko Takiguchi, a scientist specializing in Robotics and Kaiju Activity.
The briefcase contains plans for "Red Samurai Enforcement Armor", a mobile battlesuit designed to help police forces. One of the Yakuza gangs wants it for themselves, to take over Japan's criminal underworld, or perhaps to sell it. They have hired Deathstrike and the Hand to get it.

Red Samurai Enforcement Armor
Power Armor
Enhanced Strength d8, Enhanced Reflexes d8, Enhanced Speed d8, Subsonic Flight d8, Enhanced Durability d8, Sensors d6
Limit: Power Surge. Shutdown highest-rated power and add d6 Doom. Spend d6 Doom to recover.

Weapons System
Laser Sword d8, Gatling Laser d8, Laser Shield d10
SFX: Area Attack - Add a d6 and keep an additional effect die for each additional target.
Limit: Charged System - Shutdown a Weapons System power and add d6 to the Doom Pool. Recover on an opportunity or during a Transition Scene.

The battlesuits are based on the Kaiju fighting Red Ronin giant robot:

SJ3RX - Red Ronin
When someone pilots Red Ronin, they use the robots power sets, but their own affiliations, distinctions, and specialties.
(This is designed as a villain, use PP's instead of Doom for Heroes use of the Giant Robot.)

Giant Robot
Godlike Strength d12, Enhanced Speed d8, Subsonic Flight d8, Godlike Durability d12
SFX: Area Attack - Add a d6 and keep an additional effect die for each additional target.
Limit: Gigantic - Can’t attack anyone smaller than a child, can’t fit between narrow spaces or in buildings, and other problems. Turn a Giant Robot power into a Complication and add d6 doom. Spend d6 doom to recover.
Limit: Blind Spots - When reacting to actions where opponents use Covert Specialty in their dice pool, add +d6 Doom and step up opponents effect die.

Weapons System
Solar Sword d10, Gatling Laser d10, Shield d10
SFX: Kaiju Fighter - Step up or double a Weapon System power for one action. If the action fails, add a die to doom pool equal to the normal rating of your power die.
Limit: Gear - Shutdown Weapons System and step up or add d6 to the doom pool. Spend d6 from the doom pool to recover.

Well, a no-brainer would of course be Stan Lee (he's always making a cameo in all Marvel movies, so...;), and the briefcase could hold a mint Incredible Hulk #180 (Logan first appearance).

Nobody said who hired the Ninjas in the first place, right ;)

well, it could've been ninja lawyers working for disney trying to recover what they mistakenly was an coded copy of the incredible hulk movie script, that was being sold to a rival movie studio.

...what?

Just a couple that quickly come to mind:

1. It could be a bank exec with passcodes that would allow Lady Deathstrike to move a lot amount of off-shore money.

2. Government offical with information that her employer would like to get or would like destroyed.

Thanks again everyone.

I'll let everyone know how things go when I run it. Our schedules haven't managed to put my son and I together for an evening yet, so I haven't had a chance to give it a whirl, though I did simulate a few rounds by myself this morning to get a better feel for the rules.
