When will those of us that preordered receive Civil War?

I preordered Civil War and am anxiously awaiting my hard copy to come in. Have any of you received yours yet? When should it be here?

Once it's back from the printer, which should be a couple of weeks. Then we get to ship large quantities of hardcover books in bubble mailers that we stuff by hand...
