I didn't realise MWP wasn't able to ship outside the US yet. Just ordered my copy and they cancelled my order/payment *cries*

Is there are rough page count could for the Essentials version of Civil War (the one without the basic rules) and the Young Avengers/Runaways supplement?
Since I'm going to have to buy the PDF and print it out myself if I want a hard copy, it would be helpful to know how much the printing costs are going to be on top of the PDF costs.
Edit: Essentials is 160 pages. Which should make it a bit cheaper to print than the Basic Game.
