I'm having problems understanding the mutates weak-willed power limit-- What does the book mean by manipulation?
"Weak-Willed: Add a d6 to the doom pool when you step up stress or complications caused by manipulation"

Any time that Most likely emotional or mental) stress is caused to them by a manipulation action, which could be as simple as being in a debate and having their opinion swayed or having the Mind Control whammy put on them, a d6 is added to the Doom Pool.

Complications can be something like a telepath being screwy and creating a complication called "I knew you would do that", for example, or Spider Woman's pheremones since they involve controlling an individual over damaging them.
