That way it's easy for everyone (Watcher included) to see who has gone and who hasn't. As the game gets going, it's been common for ALL of us to forget who has done something and who hasn't, and the way turns bounce around with a different order in this game really keeps everyone on their toes. Having that little bit of help really aids in this. As the Watcher, just remember - at the end of the turn - to have everyone re-flip their cards (or stand up their action figures, or whatever. :)

This is a great idea, though for our group it would work even better if we had something to flip over to remind us to flip over the thing that reminds us everyone has taken their turn.

At our table each player has an index card with a printed pic of their character...face up for "I haven't gone" face down if they have.

I do the same for the watcher characters.

For stress I have red cardstock cards that I pass out with the die number for the stress. for complications I have blue cardstock cards with the number of the die type.

For Plot points, I have a small tupperware cup of pennies, I also use a tupperware cup for the doom pool. It is nice because in between session if we haven't ended the act, I just seal the doom pool in the cup so I don't have to remember how many dice it got to.

So far it has helped us keep things straight.
