Lol, I checked out your Scarlet Spider as I had one in development since round about the time of his third issue! (see my sig )

You left out a few things (like his insect control) and mine seemed a bit more beefed up, but I do like your Distinctions (we even caught a matching one!) and to be fair, since Civil War came out, I'd change some things on my datafile anyway (namely I how implemented the wrist stingers and Mark of Kaine).

Its always good to compare notes with others on how they're doing things, like I can't wait to see how the official X-23 datafile will compare to mine.

Thanks for the comments. I wasn't clear if Kaine could control spiders or just talk to them. I met Chris Yost at ComicPalooza, and he said that the scene where Kaine meets the Rangers will be laugh out loud funny.

Cool, Scarlet Spider is one of my fave comics atm

The way I see it is Kaine could use his spider friends just up to the dice I gave for animal control, no more. That he could use them to do specific things (infact they were quite pivotal when Kaine had to find the nuke in #5) meant to me he should have them in his Power Set.

After the before mentioned #5, I'm glad I included it. I shall be eagerly awaiting #7 when it hits next month!

Here's the first of my PS238 writeups. If you're not familiar with PS238, it's sort of like a grade school version of the New Mutants. (Though it's for all sorts of super-kids, not just mutants.) The faculty was once a super-hero team, and I'll be starting with them, largely because I'm noodling with an add-on for little kid heroes, like these kids or Power Pack.

And now, the school's maintenance man, Hershel Clay (once known as Mantium). Imagine Tony Stark, but being really laid back and patient.

I think after I finish the faculty (plus Requiem), I will take a break from PS238 and try my hand at Astro City writeups.
