Annihilation is coming along nicely, and has had a few playtesting sessions in order to ensure that the game is appropriately cosmic. Just like with the Civil War books, we wanted to first share the tentative list of hero datafiles that you can expect to find in the book:

Remember that this is just the first book, covering the first Annihilation series. The cosmic cast expands quite a bit with Conquest, War of Kings, and Thanos Imperative and so if you don't see one of your cosmic favorites, there's a good chance they'll show up in one of those.

Man, I am SO excited about the Annihilation book.

I mean, I got Civil War because I like the premise and wanted to see what a full event looked like, but I'm not interested enough to grab all the supplements or anything like that.

Annihilation however . . . I will buy ALL of those. As many as you can publish please.

The announcement of a possible GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY MOVIE http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2015381/ does nothing but incite further hysterical excitement.

That list definetly looks like its worth the price of admission! Can't wait to see this and War of Kings. Any sort of ETA on these yet? A couple months? Late this year? Not this millenium? Just something kind of vague that no one will hold you to sort of thing but hopefully gets us a ballpark guesstimate....

Is there a clause in the license that dictates that the FF have to be in every event?

I think it's similar to Wolverine's contract that states every Earth-616 title has to have a crossover with Wolverine at least once a year.
