Mr. Hyde's "Mighty Blow" SFX

Mr. Hyde's "Mighty Blow" SFX reads: "Spend D6 from the doom pool to double Superhuman Strength for one action." His Superhuman Strength is D10.

Does this mean that I add 2D10 to the pool instead of just 1D10? Or do I need to keep track of which die represents his Superhuman Strength and then double the die result (i.e., a roll of 6 becomes 12)? Or something else entirely?

It means add another die of the same size ie 2D10.
